A weekend escape into the desert turns deadly in the intense new trailer for Find Your Friends, an upcoming survival thriller heading to Shudder this summer.

The film premieres exclusively on Shudder on June 12, 2026.

In the movie, Amber and her four closest friends leave Los Angeles behind for what’s supposed to be a carefree girls’ trip in Joshua Tree. But once they arrive in a small desert town, the group is met with growing hostility from the locals and an increasingly tense atmosphere that quickly spirals out of control.

As paranoia sets in and old resentments begin surfacing between the friends, the trip descends into violence, revenge, and a desperate fight for survival.

The trailer teases brutal confrontations, fractured trust, and escalating chaos as the women turn on both each other and the dangerous people surrounding them.

The cast includes Bella Thorne from , Chloe Cherry (“Euphoria”), Helena Howard from , Sophia Ali from , Zion Moreno, and Chris Bauer (“True Blood”).

Find Your Friends marks the feature directorial debut of filmmaker Izabel Pakzad, who also wrote the screenplay.

Shudder executive Emily Gotto described the film as a “visceral” survival thriller that challenges traditional “final girl” horror tropes while blending psychological tension with explosive violence.

Bella Thorne also serves as an executive producer on the project.
