The official trailer for This Tempting Madness dives into paranoia, fractured memories, and a terrifying loss of reality in the upcoming psychological thriller.
Set for release in select theaters and on demand June 12 via Vertical, the film stars Simone Ashley (“Bridgerton”) as Mia, a woman who wakes from a coma badly injured and unable to fully remember what happened to her.
As Mia struggles to piece together her past, she begins to suspect that her memories may be hiding something far more disturbing. The more answers she uncovers, the more unstable her perception of reality becomes, leading her into a dark psychological spiral where nothing feels trustworthy.
The film marks the feature directorial debut of Jennifer E. Montgomery, who co-wrote the screenplay with cinematographer Andrew Davis. The story is inspired by real events.
Joining Ashley in the cast are Austin Stowell (“NCIS: Origins”), Suraj Sharma from , Mojean Aria, Amol Shah, and Zenobia Shroff.
