NEON has released a chilling new official poster for Her Private Hell, the highly anticipated horror film from visionary director Nicolas Winding Refn, as the countdown begins to its theatrical debut.

The film arrives in theaters on July 24, and the latest artwork offers another eerie glimpse at Refn’s nightmarish vision, spotlighting stars Sophie Thatcher and Charles Melton.

Set in a haunting futuristic metropolis, Her Private Hell follows a troubled young woman searching for her missing father after a mysterious mist blankets the city. But the fog brings more than confusion—it unleashes a deadly, elusive force lurking within its shadows. Along the way, her journey intersects with an American GI on a desperate mission to rescue his daughter from Hell itself, sending both into an increasingly terrifying descent.

Leading the cast is Sophie Thatcher (Yellowjackets), alongside Charles Melton (Riverdale), Kristine Froseth (How to Blow Up a Pipeline), Havana Rose Liu (No Exit), and Diego Calva (Babylon).

The supporting cast features Dougray Scott (Hitman), Aoi Yamada (Perfect Days), Shioli Kutsuna (Deadpool & Wolverine), and Hidetoshi Nishijima (Shin Ultraman).

Refn co-wrote the screenplay with Esti Giordani (Vida), while legendary composer Pino Donaggio (Carrie, Don’t Look Now) provides the film’s score. Refn also produces under his byNWR Originals banner alongside executive producers Takuma Takasaki, Kimberly Willming, Christina Erritzøe, and Lene Børglum.

The film has earned an R rating for strong bloody violence, sexual content, and language, hinting at the dark, uncompromising experience audiences can expect.

With its surreal premise, haunting visuals, and a cast led by one of horror’s fastest-rising stars, Her Private Hell is shaping up to be one of this summer’s most intriguing genre releases.
