Darren Lynn Bousman is stepping back into the horror spotlight with a new project—and he’s bringing Paris Hilton along for the ride. The Saw franchise filmmaker is teaming with Hilton’s 11:11 Media on the upcoming horror movie Road to Reality.

Set against the chaotic backdrop of a collapsing reality TV empire, Road to Reality is described as a sharp, satirical horror story. The film will explore a world where fame is currency, identity is manufactured, and public breakdowns are repackaged as entertainment for the masses.

Bousman will direct from a screenplay by Katina Nikou, while Hilton serves as executive producer on behalf of her company.

The project marks a reunion nearly two decades in the making. Bousman previously directed Hilton in Repo! The Genetic Opera, and the two have remained close ever since.

“I couldn’t be more excited to re-team with Paris Hilton,” Bousman said in a statement. “When a script set in the world of reality TV landed on my desk, there was only one person I wanted to collaborate with. Paris doesn’t just understand that world—she helped shape it. No release date has been announced yet, but Road to Reality is already shaping up to be a biting, genre-blending take on modern fame culture.
