Toho’s much-anticipated release, “Godzilla Minus One,” is rapidly approaching its U.S. theater debut, with just one more month to go before it officially hits screens on December 1. While you eagerly await the return of the King of the Monsters, take a look at the new poster below.

“Godzilla Minus One” marks a significant moment as the first Japanese-produced Godzilla film since “Shin Godzilla” in 2016. Japanese audiences will get the first glimpse of the monstrous action on November 3 when it premieres in theaters in Japan.

The film carries a PG-13 rating, primarily due to “creature violence and action.”

Here’s a glimpse of the film’s official plot synopsis, as revealed in the recent trailer:

“In postwar Japan, a new terror rises; Godzilla. Will the devastated people be able to survive… let alone fight back?”

Takashi Yamazaki, known for his work on “Lupin III: The First,” takes the director’s chair for this new installment in the iconic Toho kaiju franchise. “Godzilla Minus One” marks the 30th live-action film in this enduring series.

In related news, Pluto TV has launched a dedicated 24/7 Godzilla Channel, providing access to a treasure trove of classic Godzilla movies, including rare films not found on any other platform. Godzilla fans now have a fantastic opportunity to immerse themselves in the iconic monster’s cinematic legacy.
