Five months after its initial release on the Nintendo Switch, “The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan” is getting some company. Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco have announced that the second entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology, “Little Hope,” is set to make its debut on the Nintendo Switch on October 5th through the Nintendo eShop.

Originally launched in 2020 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, “Little Hope” takes center stage in this installment. The story revolves around a college class whose bus is rerouted to the town of Little Hope due to inclement weather. Their journey takes a dark turn when their bus crashes, leaving them remarkably unharmed.

As the group explores the seemingly deserted town of Little Hope, they find themselves trapped by an eerie and impenetrable fog. In their quest to find an escape route, they begin to encounter unsettling visions from the past that lurk in the shadows.

Through these enigmatic visions, they bear witness to the town’s gruesome history and the horrifying events of the Andover Witch Trials. To break free from their predicament, they must unravel the motivations behind these haunting apparitions while being relentlessly pursued by malevolent forces.

Meanwhile, the latest installment in the series, “The Devil in Me,” which serves as the season finale, is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Fans can also anticipate the upcoming first entry of the next season, “Directive 8020,” which is currently in development.
