The SAG/AFTRA strike is wreaking havoc on the entertainment industry, but Chucky is here to save the day.

Thanks to the strikes, actors and other entertainment folks aren’t allowed to promote their projects, but I guess if you are a killer doll it’s okay. Today, the SYFY Channel issued a press release announcing the air date of Chucky.

They got their psychotic spokesperson to hold a press conference, “I’m here to announce to you dipshits that season three of my show Chucky will return on October 4th.”

They also included a phone number you can text to get a message from your “friend till the end.” If you sign up, he will send you texts periodically.
