‘Fall 2: Deadpoint’ Promises More Survival Horror in New Poster
The terrifying climb continues. A brand new poster for Fall 2: Deadpoint has arrived, teasing the next chapter in the survival horror franchise. A new official trailer is also set to debut tomorrow.
Moving away from the original film’s location and characters, the sequel introduces a new group of survivors facing an even more dangerous challenge. Fall 2: Deadpoint arrives in theaters on September 2, 2026, and has been rated PG-13 for “strong language, some violent content/bloody images and drug material.”
The film stars Harriet Slater (Tarot), Arsema Thomas (Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story), and Tom Brittney (Greyhound).
Directing duties are handled by Michael and Peter Spierig (Predestination, Jigsaw), with the screenplay written by Scott Mann and Jonathan Frank, the team behind the original Fall.
The sequel promises to take the franchise’s fear of heights to terrifying new levels, delivering a new survival nightmare filled with extreme environments, impossible odds, and nowhere to escape.
In Fall 2: Deadpoint, two friends travel to Thailand to attempt the infamous Mount Kwan plank walk, a dangerous challenge that pushes them to their limits. After a devastating rockslide traps them on a fragile plank thousands of feet above the ground, Jax must overcome her grief, confront her deepest fears, and fight to survive.
The story follows Jax (Harriet Slater) as she struggles to cope with the death of her sister Hunter. Seeking closure, she joins Hunter’s fearless friend Luce (Arsema Thomas) on the dangerous journey, only for their adventure to become a fight for their lives.
The franchise is already expanding, with Fall 3 officially in development and original director Scott Mann set to return.
The first Fall, released in 2022, became a surprise theatrical hit, using its terrifying premise and extreme heights to deliver a worldwide box office success and turn the franchise into a new survival horror series.
