Fresh from its World Premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, director Rose Glass’s romantic thriller “Love Lies Bleeding” is set to hit theaters on March 8.

While fans await the release, a new trailer for “Love Lies Bleeding” is scheduled to drop tomorrow (February 7). In the meantime, check out the freshly unveiled character posters below.

Katy O’Brian stars alongside Kristen Stewart (“Underwater”) in this upcoming A24 film, described as “a romance fueled by ego, desire, and the American Dream.”

Meagan praised the film in her Sundance review, stating, “With a visionary at the helm and an impressive cast willing to follow every wild turn thrown at them, ‘Love Lies Bleeding’ makes for a captivating ’80s-set crime thriller unafraid to get deeply weird and ultra-violent.”

In the story, reclusive gym manager Lou becomes deeply enamored with Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder on her way to Las Vegas in pursuit of her dreams. However, their love sparks violence, entangling them in the criminal underworld.

The stellar cast includes Kristen Stewart, Katy O’Brian (“The Walking Dead”), Dave Franco (“The After Party”), Ed Harris (“Westworld”), Anna Baryshnikov (“Dickinson”), and Jena Malone (“Goliath”).

Acclaimed director Rose Glass, a double BAFTA nominee, helms the project in collaboration with A24 and Film4. Glass co-wrote the script with Weronika Tofilska.

Produced by A24, Andrea Cornwell for Lobo Films, and Oliver Kassman for Escape Plan Productions, “Love Lies Bleeding” will be globally distributed by A24.
