The apocalypse has arrived—but the real danger may be waiting inside the house.

The official trailer for ‘Turning Point’ has arrived, teasing a tense new zombie horror thriller where survival depends on escaping a creature that was once human.

Written and directed by Joshua Wagner, Turning Point arrives on VOD and Digital on August 25, 2026, from Lionsgate.

The film follows Margot and her partner, who find themselves trapped inside the home of a zombie in the middle of a terrifying transformation. With the infected creature hunting them from within the house, the couple must find a way out before they become its first victims.

Their only chance comes in the form of Casper, an unusual neighbor with an obsession for horror and an unexpected knowledge of the undead. Played by DJ Qualls (Road Trip, Creepshow), Casper may be the key to their survival—or another problem waiting to unfold.

The cast also includes Jillian Lee Garner, Mike Apple, Shane Brady (Ballers, Synchronic, Doctor Sleep), Lydia Hearst (The Haunting of Sharon Tate, Z Nation, Slayers), and Sanchita Malik (Happy Anniversary, Love, Escape the Night).

Turning Point has been rated R for violent content, gore, language, and some drug use.
