‘Scream 7’ Standee Hits Theaters Ahead of February Release

With Scream 7 less than two months away, theaters are getting a bloody tease of what’s to come: a towering cardboard standee that’s impossible to miss.

The display features Ghostface’s signature knife, with the masked killer eerily reflected in the blade. Below a pool of blood, the chilling tagline reads: “Burn it all down.”

The latest installment in the slasher saga slashes into theaters on February 27 via Paramount.

In Scream 7, a new Ghostface emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott has tried to build a fresh life. When her daughter becomes the next target, Sidney must confront her darkest fears and the horrors of her past to stop the bloodshed once and for all.

Neve Campbell returns as Sidney, joined by franchise staples Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Matthew Lillard, Scott Foley, Mason Gooding, and Jasmin Savoy Brown.

The film also introduces a fresh batch of characters, played by Isabel May, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Asa Germann, Anna Camp, Ethan Embry, Mark Consuelos, Michelle Randolph, and Jimmy Tatro.

Kevin Williamson, the original Scream scribe behind Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 4, directs from a script by Guy Busick (Scream 2022, Scream VI), promising another tense, bloody ride through Woodsboro’s nightmares.
