Set to hit select theaters and Digital on December 12 via Lionsgate and Grindstone Entertainment, the film takes audiences on a breathtaking—and deadly—trip across the Italian Dolomites.
The story follows a young married couple hoping a scenic balloon ride will save their strained relationship. But when an unexpected passenger climbs aboard, secrets erupt and the forces of nature turn their romantic getaway into a terrifying struggle to stay alive.
The cast is packed with talent, including Olga Kurylenko (Quantum of Solace), Jeremy Irvine (Return to Silent Hill), Hera Hilmar (Mortal Engines), and Kelsey Grammer (Frasier) in a rare foray into thriller territory.
Claudio Fäh (Hollow Man II, No Way Up) directs from a script by Andy Mayson (No Way Up), who also produces alongside Molly Conners and Amanda Bowers.
The trailer for Turbulence is coming soon—strap in for a ride where the view is deadly and the danger is real.
