There’s no turning back once you glimpse the terror of Keeper. The final trailer plunges viewers into a deeply unnerving nightmare, earning praise from horror icons including Guillermo del Toro, James Wan, Bong Joon Ho, Fede Alvarez, Damien Leone, Hideo Kojima, and Bloody Disgusting’s John Squires, who called it “a deeply unnerving nightmare.”

Keeper opens in theaters on November 14 via Neon, marking the latest dark vision from director Osgood Perkins (Longlegs, The Monkey), with a screenplay by Nick Lepard (Dangerous Animals).

The story follows a couple on a romantic anniversary getaway to a secluded cabin. When Malcolm abruptly returns to the city, Liz is left alone—and soon discovers an unspeakable evil lurking within the cabin, revealing horrifying secrets she could never imagine.

Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) and Rossif Sutherland (Possessor) lead the cast.

Rated R for violence, gore, language, and some sexual references, Keeper promises a gripping, blood-chilling experience for horror fans.

Perkins is already working on his next feature, The Young People, slated for 2026.
