MGM+ Renews Terrifying Horror Series “FROM” for Season Three

Renowned author Stephen King recently took to Twitter to recommend the gripping horror series “FROM,” labeling it as “scary shit” and urging all horror fans to jump on board. The praise comes as the show gains momentum in its second season, with an ever-growing fan base. Now, the exciting news has arrived: “FROM” Season 3 is officially in the works!

MGM+, the premium linear channel, and streaming service, has announced the renewal of the contemporary sci-fi horror series “FROM” for a thrilling third season of 10 episodes.

Created and executive produced by John Griffin (known for “Crater”) and executive produced by showrunner Jeff Pinkner (renowned for his work on “Lost,” “Alias,” and “Fringe”), along with director Jack Bender (noted for his contributions to “Lost” and “Game of Thrones”), the series delves into the enigma of a nightmarish town that ensnares all who enter its borders. Season Two concluded with an epic cliffhanger, setting the stage for a tantalizing escape as the true nature of the town comes into focus, and the inhabitants rise against the multitude of horrors surrounding them. The much-anticipated third season is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

“FROM” stands as the second-most viewed series in the history of the premium network, solidifying its position as a beloved and highly-watched show.

The series features an ensemble cast led by Harold Perrineau (known for his role in “Lost”) and includes talents such as Catalina Sandino Moreno (“Maria Full of Grace,” “The Affair”), Eion Bailey (“Band of Brothers,” “Once Upon a Time”), Hannah Cheramy (“Under Wraps,” “Van Helsing”), Simon Webster (“Strays”), Ricky He (“The Good Doctor”), Chloe Van Landschoot (“Charity,” “Skin”), Corteon Moore (“Utopia Falls”), Pegah Ghafoori (“The Perfect Wedding”), David Alpay (“Castle Rock”), Elizabeth Saunders (“Clarice”), Elizabeth Moy, Avery Konrad (“Honor Society”), and Scott McCord (“East of Middle West”). Season Two welcomed newcomers Nathan D. Simmons (“Diggstown,” “This Hour Has 22 Minutes”), Kaelen Ohm (“Hit & Run,” “Eumenides Falls”), Angela Moore (“A Series of Unfortunate Events,” “Maid”), A.J. Simmons (“Reacher”), and Deborah Grover (“My Next Door Nightmare,” “Jann”) to the talented ensemble.

Michael Wright, the head of MGM+, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support from fans, praising the show’s ability to captivate audiences while unveiling the dark secrets of the nightmarish town. He eagerly anticipates the surprises and frights that lie ahead in Season Three, promising an intriguing blend of scares, mysteries, and long-awaited answers.
