Jagged Edge Productions has unveiled the official trailer for the highly anticipated sequel to last year’s viral sensation, “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey.” The upcoming film, titled “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey II,” promises to be grander, more intense, and bloodier than its predecessor, thanks to an increased budget allowing for new creature designs and a higher body count.

Directed once again by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, the sequel will see familiar characters such as Winnie the Pooh, Christopher Robin, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger. Frake-Waterfield had hinted at the sequel’s direction last year, stating, “This time Pooh and friends will be leaving the 100 Acre Wood to take their fight to the quiet community of Ashdown!”

The official synopsis sets the stage for the dark and intense narrative: “Deep within the 100-Acre-Wood, a destructive rage grows as Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger find their home and lives endangered after Christopher Robin revealed their existence. Determined to step out of the shadows, the group decides to confront the town of Ashdown, leaving a trail of death and mayhem. Winnie and his savage friends will demonstrate their deadliness, strength, and cunning, seeking revenge on Christopher Robin once and for all.”

The cast includes Tallulah Evans, Scott Chambers as Christopher Robin, Ryan Oliva as Winnie-the-Pooh, and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney as Young Pooh. Matt Leslie, known for “Summer of 84,” penned the screenplay for this slasher sequel.

Additionally, the upcoming installment is set to expand Jagged Edge’s public domain horror universe, teasing future horror movies based on iconic characters like Pinocchio, Bambi, and Peter Pan. The trailer was debuted by IGN, giving fans a glimpse into the heightened horror and thrilling narrative awaiting them in “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey II.”
