In an adrenaline-fueled thriller set in a dystopian future, Jennifer Hudson and Milla Jovovich headline the cast of “Breathe,” with the official trailer making its debut this week.

Scheduled to hit theaters and Digital platforms on April 26, 2024, “Breathe” promises a gripping narrative that will keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

Directed by Stefon Bristol and written by Doug Simon, the film unfolds in a world where Earth has become uninhabitable due to a severe lack of oxygen. Jennifer Hudson portrays Maya, a determined mother, alongside Quvenzhané Wallis as her daughter, Zora. Forced to survive underground, they rely on precious oxygen suits created by Maya’s presumed-dead husband, Darius. However, their precarious existence is shattered when a mysterious couple arrives, claiming knowledge of Darius and his fate.

As tensions escalate and secrets unravel, Maya and Zora find themselves locked in a battle for survival against unforeseen threats.

Joining Hudson and Wallis in the cast are Milla Jovovich, Raúl Castillo, Common, and Sam Worthington, adding depth and intensity to the ensemble.
