The tenth installment of the Saw franchise, fittingly titled Saw X, is set to be released in theaters on September 29, 2023. The film will see the return of Tobin Bell as John Kramer, aka Jigsaw, and Shawnee Smith as Amanda Young.

Lionsgate has released a brand new official poster for the film, which features the iconic Jigsaw puppet and the tagline “The Final Chapter.” The poster also teases that the film will feature “all-new traps and a new mystery to solve.”

The film is set between the events of Saw I and II and follows John as he travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer. However, he soon discovers that the operation is a scam, and he is forced to turn to his old ways in order to survive.

In addition to Bell and Smith, the cast for Saw X also includes Renata Vaca, Paulette Hernandez, Joshua Okamoto, Octavio Hinojosa, Synnøve Macody Lund, Steven Brand, and Michael Beach. The film is directed by Kevin Greutert, who previously directed Saw IV, Saw V, and Saw VI.

Saw X is sure to be a must-see for fans of the franchise. The film promises to be a thrilling and suspenseful ride, and it will be interesting to see how John Kramer’s story comes to an end.
