A chilling twist awaits in the BET+ original thriller “One Night Stay,” set to premiere on BET’s streaming service this Thursday, January 4, turning a casual encounter into a harrowing home invasion.

Starring Stephen Bishop (known for “Being Mary Jane”), LeToya Luckett (“Greenleaf”), and Iyana Halley (“This Is Us”), “One Night Stay” unravels a suspenseful tale where an initial connection takes a dangerous turn. Deadline exclusively unveiled a series of sneak peek images this morning.

Directed by Rick S. Mordecon, the film follows the unsettling story of Jessica (portrayed by Halley), whose fixation escalates after a disastrous one-night stand. Instead of departing from Marcus’ (played by Bishop) opulent residence, she clandestinely settles in, refusing to leave. Meanwhile, the seemingly idyllic life of the power couple Marcus and Milan (Luckett) continues unaware that Jessica has made their home her permanent abode.

The cast also includes Laurissa Romain (“Top Five”), Robert Christopher Riley (“Hit the Floor”), Essence Atkins (“Marlon”), Lawrence Saint-Victor (“Bold and the Beautiful”), and MC Lyte (“Girl’s Trip”).

Detailing the film’s genesis, Deadline highlighted, “Developed by Jenna Frank and Zach Hunter under the Beautiful Orchid Media label, the pic was written by Curtis Cardwell.”

“One Night Stay” is a production by Worldwide Entertainment and Media in partnership with Choice Films, promising an intense narrative on betrayal and obsession.
