Previously titled Shiver, the upcoming sci-fi thriller from Tim Miller may still be sailing without an official name—but behind the scenes, it’s rapidly stacking a deadly ensemble.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Stefan Kapičić (the voice of Colossus in Deadpool) has joined Keanu Reeves in the high-stakes thriller.

The growing cast also includes Callie Cooke, Steven Waddington, Nicholas Duvernay, Abraham Popoola, Anastasia Safonov, and Bobby Holland Hanton.

The story plunges into deep water with a down-on-his-luck smuggler caught in a brutal double-cross in the Caribbean. What starts as a routine job spirals into a nightmare—surrounded by corpses, hunted by mercenaries, and stalked by sharks. Then comes the twist: time resets, trapping him in a relentless loop where every death is just the beginning.

The script comes from Ian Shorr, blending the high-concept repetition of Edge of Tomorrow with the survival terror of The Shallows.

Producing the film is Matthew Vaughn through Marv Films, alongside Aaron Ryder, Andrew Swett, and John Zaozirny. Scott Lumpkin serves as executive producer.

The film is currently set to hit theaters on August 13, 2027, via Warner Bros..
