“Dark Harvest” Unveils Complete Image Gallery Teasing Movie Before This Week’s Premiere

We’re just on the verge of the highly anticipated release of “Dark Harvest,” directed by David Slade, known for his work on “Hard Candy,” “30 Days of Night,” and “Hannibal.” This film is an adaptation of Norman Partridge’s Halloween novel, and it’s set to send shivers down your spine.

The chilling tale of Sawtooth Jack will rise on October 13, and for those eager to experience it from the comfort of their own homes, it will be available on Digital platforms. Additionally, there’s a special treat for horror enthusiasts – a one-night-only screening at Alamo Drafthouse Theaters on October 11.

In “Dark Harvest”…

“In a cursed town, the annual harvest takes a sinister turn, becoming a brutal battle for survival. On Halloween night in 1963, the menacing legend of Sawtooth Jack emerges from the cornfields, posing a grave threat to the town’s children. Groups of brave boys unite in a desperate attempt to vanquish the murderous scarecrow before the clock strikes midnight. Among them is Richie, a rebellious outcast, who joins the hunt, driven by his brother’s past triumph. As the harrowing pursuit unfolds, Richie stumbles upon a shocking revelation, forcing him to confront a pivotal choice that could break the relentless cycle of terror.”

The film features a talented cast, including Elizabeth Reaser, known for her role in “The Haunting of Hill House,” Jeremy Davies of “Hannibal” fame, Luke Kirby from “No Man of God,” Casey Likes from “The Birch,” and Emyri Crutchfield from “Tell Me Your Secrets.” The adaptation of Norman Partridge’s Halloween novel was penned by Michael Gilio.
