Funko Games has just announced a new horror tabletop game called The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Slaughter that will be released in the Fall of 2023.  It will have a limited release at Gen Con and will end up having a wider release on September 1, 2023.  The tabletop game will be released as a celebration of the franchise’s 50th anniversary.  You can preorder the game for $29.99 on Amazon.

The game will be a one-person vs. all and will follow both the travelers and the Sawyer family. One player can control the Sawyer family while the other players control the travelers and the next victims. The game includes custom-sculpted figures, dice, 140 cards that are highly detailed with a visceral art style, and its unique achievement system that allows you to unlock special cards that can carry over from one game to the next. The game will be for two to five players and will have a retail price of $29.99.
