‘The Infinite Husk’ Trailer Reveals Alien Consciousness Invading Earth
Probe the limits of identity and humanity in The Infinite Husk, a psychological sci-fi thriller from first-time feature filmmaker Aaron Silverstein.
The film follows an exiled alien consciousness forced to inhabit the body of Vel, a young Black woman, as she arrives on Earth for a dangerous mission: spy on her own kind and assess the threat of a new, experimental form of science. What begins as observation soon spirals into a tense exploration of what it truly means to be human.
The cast includes Peace Ikediuba, alongside Circus-Szalewski (Antrum), Geena Alexandra, William Thomas Jones, Michael Jon Murphy, Foreste Jean Feely, and Jyl Kaneshiro.
Silverstein produces the film with director of photography Mitchel McKenzie and Christine Sohail, with Chris Ceccotti serving as executive producer.
After premiering at SXSW last year, the film went on to screen at Sitges Film Festival and SXSW Sydney, earning praise for its haunting imagery and thought-provoking narrative.
Prepare to question what makes us human when The Infinite Husk lands in limited theaters on February 6, before hitting digital platforms in March via Chroma.
