A new international Red Band trailer for Silent Night, Deadly Night has arrived — and it’s drenched in blood and holiday mayhem.
From Cineverse, Bloody Disgusting, and director Mike P. Nelson (Wrong Turn, Sweet Revenge), this new reimagining of the cult-classic slasher promises a violent Christmas comeback filled with brutal kills, twisted nostalgia, and festive carnage.
Silent Night, Deadly Night will hit theaters nationwide on December 12, 2025.
Rohan Campbell (Halloween Ends) steps into the role of Billy, joined by Ruby Modine (Happy Death Day), Mark Acheson, David Lawrence Brown, and David Tomlinson.
The film’s plot follows Billy, who witnesses his parents’ gruesome murder on Christmas Eve by a man dressed as Santa Claus. Traumatized, he grows up to become a holiday killer himself — punishing the “naughty” in a spree of blood-soaked revenge.
When Silent Night, Deadly Night first premiered in 1984, it sparked nationwide outrage for its killer Santa imagery. Parents’ groups protested, theaters pulled the film, and Tri-Star Pictures ultimately withdrew its release — solidifying its status as one of the most infamous horror movies ever made.
Now, over 40 years later, the legend returns — bigger, bloodier, and deadlier than ever.
Watch the new Red Band trailer above and get ready for a Christmas you’ll never forget.
