Blowfish Studios and Indiesruption have announced an August 25 release date for Vlad Circus: Curse Of Asmodeus. The sequel to 2023’s Vlad Circus: Descend Into Madness will launch for PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG, as well as the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and the Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch.

Disfigured, voiceless, and stripped of all memories, players will navigate the twisted remnants of Josef Petrescu’s traumatic past. Piece together a distorted story of a 1920s circus set ablaze, and reveal the horrors lurking beneath the town of San Reno. Experience Josef’s deepest nightmares while investigating his brother’s ill-fated spectacle from the previous game.

You will traverse warped worlds across parallel timelines to uncover clues buried deep within the cursed town. Along the way, you will rescue lost friends while solving mind-bending puzzles, each requiring skill and decisive thinking. Unveil the sinister link between Vlad Circus and Asmodeus, a malevolent demon who devours human sanity and revels in suffering. Eventually, Josef must confront a painful past to challenge the demon and bring the tormenting curse to an end.

“Illusion and misdirection are paramount for any great performance,” says Diego Cánepa, lead designer at Indiesruption. “Vlad Circus: Curse of Asmodeus incorporates these elements to create a spine-chilling journey that calls for courage and wit to uncover an unforgivable truth and make it out alive!”
