The chilling saga of Hell House LLC is coming to a close. Lineage, the franchise’s fifth and final installment, will hit theaters on August 20 via Iconic Events, with a streaming debut on Shudder set for late October.

In Hell House LLC: Lineage, Vanessa Shepard is plagued by visions and nightmares following a near-death experience. Now living in the cursed town of Abaddon, she finds herself trapped by an unseen force. As those around her begin to die under mysterious circumstances, Vanessa is drawn into the dark history of the Abaddon Hotel, the Carmichael Manor, and a series of murders spanning decades.

Writer-director Stephen Cognetti returns to helm what he describes as “likely the last, but also the scariest” chapter in the Hell House series. Breaking from the franchise’s signature found footage style, Lineage will be presented as a traditionally shot narrative.

The film introduces Searra Sawka and Mike Sutton to the cast, alongside returning franchise faces Elizabeth Vermilyea, Cayla Berejikian, Victoria Andrunik, Gideon Berger, Bridget Rose Perrotta, Destiny Brown, James Liddell, and Joe Bandelli.

With the Abaddon Hotel’s legacy still looming, Hell House LLC: Lineage looks to deliver one final nightmare when it opens this summer.
