The new video game on “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre“, being developed and brought to life by the same people that delivered the Friday the 13th video game, is expected to be just as scary and fun as its Friday the 13th counterpart.  Players will be able to experience the dry and hot environment of 1970s Texas and fight off the rabid, cannibalistic Leatherface family.  Leatherface will slice and dice you with his iconic chainsaw, so your object is to make sure he doesn’t catch up to you!

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre video game is set to release on August 18, 2023.  The game is currently available for preorder on the PlayStation Network Store, the Microsoft Store, and Steam.  The game will be $39.99, however, up until August 18, 2023, when it launches, you can get 10% off on orders, making it $34.99 until the launch date.  With no legal battles holding back The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, unlike with the Friday the 13th franchise, players and fans of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre can expect a longer shelf life with loads of content to be released!
