John A. Russo, known for his contribution to horror classics like “Night of the Living Dead” and “The Return of the Living Dead,” returns with a new creature feature titled “The Red Tide Massacre” in 2024.

Now available for rental or purchase on various digital platforms, including Apple TV, the film follows a rookie female reporter investigating a series of mysterious murders amid an environmental disaster in Florida. As the killings unfold, they lead to an escaped convict who transforms into a bloodthirsty monster after being shot and vanishing into the red tide.
