A sinister force sets its sights on a young mother in the chilling new trailer for The Beldham, a psychological horror film that twists motherhood, grief, and witchcraft into one haunting nightmare.

Marking the feature directorial debut of Angela Gulner, The Beldham arrives on Digital and VOD on November 7, 2025.

The story follows Harper, a struggling new mom who moves back in with her own mother to renovate a crumbling suburban farmhouse. But the supposed safe haven quickly turns into a nightmare when Harper realizes the people around her—her mother’s new boyfriend and a strange live-in aide—may not be what they seem.

“A sinister presence lurks within the house… one that has designs on Harper’s child.”

As Harper’s paranoia deepens, she begins questioning her own sanity and the very fabric of her reality. Is she suffering from postpartum delusions, or has something truly evil taken root in her home?

The film stars Katie Parker (The Fall of the House of Usher, Absentia), Emma Fitzpatrick (The Collection), Patricia Heaton, and Corbin Bernsen.

Writer-director Angela Gulner shared the deeply personal inspiration behind the film with Indiewire:

“Over the past three years, I watched my grandmother’s physical and mental health decline. I watched my own mother sacrifice her health caring for her. The role reversal between parent and child that comes with aging is terrifying and grief-filled. This story was born from my processing of that grief—and of my love.”

The Beldham looks to blend generational trauma with supernatural dread, channeling the psychological terror of The Babadook and Rosemary’s Baby through a raw, emotional lens.
