‘Blood Star’ Trailer – A Gritty Desert Noir Bleeds Onto Digital This Month
A chance encounter in the middle of nowhere spirals into a deadly game of survival in the new trailer for Blood Star, a sun-scorched desert noir arriving on Digital November 25 from Quiver Distribution.
Set against the barren New Mexico landscape, the film follows a petty thief whose journey takes a violent turn when she crosses paths with a psychotic small-town sheriff — a man who wields his badge as a weapon to terrorize vulnerable women.
With her phone, car, and even her voice taken from her, she’s forced to rely on nothing but instinct and grit to survive a sadistic cat-and-mouse hunt — and reclaim her power in a place where the law itself has become a tool of control.
The film stars John Schwab (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan) and Britni Camacho, alongside Sydney Brumfield, Travis Lincoln Cox, Felix Merback, and Wyomi Reed.
Lawrence Jacomelli makes his directorial debut with a script co-written alongside George Kelly and Victoria Hinks Taylor. The film is produced by Jacomelli, Taylor, and Zaina Tibi.
