Blue Fox Entertainment is set to release the supernatural haunter The Mistress in theaters and on VOD on July 28, 2023. The film was written and directed by Greg Pritikin (The Last Laugh) and won the Best Feature award at the LA International Film Festival.

The film follows Maddie and Parker, a newlywed couple who move into their dream home. They soon discover old letters from a lovelorn woman who lived in the house over 100 years ago. Parker begins to experience ghostly disturbances, while Maddie suspects that he is hiding something dark from his past.

The Mistress stars John Magaro, Chasten Harmon, Kat Cunning, Aylya Marzolf, Alexandra Grey, James Carpinello, and Rae Dawn Chong. The film was shot down the street from the “Thriller” house in LA’s famous Angelino Heights neighborhood.
