With RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business releasing next week, NACON and Teyon have given fans a sneak peek at the action that awaits in this standalone expansion with a new overview trailer. For fans of the original Rogue City (and RoboCop in general), Unfinished Business looks to unleash a more intense experience and deeper immersion than before, along with over-the-top brutal, gory gunplay.

For the first time in a video game set in the RoboCop universe, Unfinished Business will let players step into the shoes of Alex Murphy before his transformation into the robotic enforcer we all know and love. As an added bonus, during a special mission, players will also get to take control of ED-209 and dive into a true trial by fire against waves of human and robotic enemies (no stairs, thankfully).

After triumphing over Detroit’s gangs and the “New Guy in Town” from Rogue City, peace for RoboCop and the citizens of Old Detroit is short-lived, as crime once again invades the streets. In the midst of this chaos, a glimmer of hope emerges from OCP’s new project: the OmniTower, a massive housing complex intended to give the people of Old Detroit a better life.

But when a group of highly trained mercenaries armed with cutting-edge weapons takes control of the building after attacking the police station, RoboCop must take action to put a stop to their plans and uphold the law. RoboCop must now ascend the OmniTower, which is now a deadly stronghold of troops, led by a mysterious leader who seems to share a close link with RoboCop’s past.

RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business will launch July 17 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
