MGM+ Kicks Off Filming for “FROM” Season 4

Production has officially begun on Season 4 of FROM, MGM+’s hit mystery-horror series, following its renewal announcement last November as Season 3 came to a close. The new season will consist of 10 episodes and is expected to premiere in 2026.

The show’s official social media account confirmed the start of filming this afternoon, posting, “You could say we’ve been reborn. FROM Season 4 production has begun!”

FROM was created by John Griffin (Crater), with Jack Bender (Lost, Game of Thrones, Mr. Mercedes) directing and executive producing alongside showrunner Jeff Pinkner (Fringe, Alias, Lost).

The series explores the eerie and terrifying mystery behind a nightmarish town that traps all who enter. As residents desperately search for a way out, they must also survive the horrors lurking in the surrounding forest—especially the creatures that emerge after dark.

Led by Harold Perrineau (Lost), the ensemble cast has helped turn FROM into one of MGM+’s flagship shows.

FROM has been a sensation for MGM+, capturing the attention of millions of viewers and helping to shine a bright light on our brand,” said Michael Wright, head of MGM+, at the time of the renewal. “Our talented creators and cast have carefully built a compelling story, and we’re eager to deliver the answers fans have been waiting for in Season 4.”

Showrunner Jeff Pinkner teased big developments ahead, stating, “By the end of Season 3, our characters will begin to understand why they’re trapped in FROM Town… but will that knowledge help them escape? And if so, how?”

Creator John Griffin added, “With Season Three’s conclusion, we’ve reached the end of the beginning. Season Four marks a new chapter—one that could lead our characters home… or deeper into the nightmare. We’re grateful to MGM+ and thrilled to continue this journey with our FROMily.”
