The Jason Universe brings Jason Voorhees back to San Diego Comic-Con this week, and the cornerstone of the brand’s presence is a panel on July 25 that’s said to be a “celebration of Friday the 13th‘s 45th anniversary that’s filled with exclusive first looks, multiple standout giveaways, and a deep dive into Jason’s blood-soaked history and what’s lurking ahead.”

Among other things, it’ll feature a first look at Sweet Revenge, an Angry Orchard vignette that’s being directed by Mike P. Nelson (Wrong Turn, Silent Night, Deadly Night).

A message from the set of Peacock and A24’s Crystal Lake is also being promised, with the panelists including Mike P. Nelson, Horror, Inc. President Robert Barsamian, VP Robbie Barsamian, and CMO Sheri Conn, as well as Atomic Monster EVP of Film Judson Scott.

The Jason Universe panel, taking place in Room 5AB from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, will also feature a first look and fan giveaway of Spirit Halloween’s newest Jason mask, crafted in celebration of his 45th anniversary and the horror icon’s brand new design. The ONLY way to get your hands on the mask will be to attend the panel, where they will be given away for free.

These are not yet available anywhere else, and you can preview the mask below.

Stay tuned for more from Jason Universe and SDCC 2025. Don’t expect the Crystal Lake sneak peek to make its way online, however, as that will be exclusive to San Diego Comic-Con.
