Directors Radio Silence are back with more deadly games in Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, and the first chilling images have just dropped.

The sequel hits theaters April 10, 2026, promising to up the ante on the bloody, twisted thrills of the 2019 original.

Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett tell PEOPLE that the new film “goes hand in hand with the first in an unexpected yet seamless way.” The duo adds, “It’s exciting to see Grace thrown into a new fucked-up situation that deepens her story and her character. We wanted to make sure this movie wasn’t just more of the same.”

Samara Weaving, returning as Grace, calls the sequel “so unhinged, absolutely cooked. Those sicko writers came up with a way in that’s somehow both a natural progression and very surprising.”

Joining Weaving are Kathryn Newton (Abigail), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Dexter: Original Sin), Shawn Hatosy (The Pitt), Néstor Carbonell (Shogun), Elijah Wood (Yellowjackets), and horror legend David Cronenberg. Kevin Durand also returns.

Radio Silence directs once again for Searchlight Pictures, with the original writers Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy back on script duties.

The first Ready or Not introduced Grace as a young bride forced into a deadly, time-honored game with her new husband’s twisted, wealthy family — a nightmare fight for survival that set the stage for even more gruesome chaos in the sequel.
