Italian horror Lenskeeper plunges viewers into a nightmare where the cosmic dread of H.P. Lovecraft collides with the transgressive terror of Lucio Fulci and Clive Barker.

The trailer promises a descent into flesh, sight, and sanity pushed beyond the point of no return.

The story follows a withdrawn oculist who uncovers a blasphemous truth: the human eye is not merely an organ of sight—it’s a gateway to an ancient, inhuman presence.

Drawn into the orbit of a secretive satanic cult, his radical experiments escalate into ritualistic mutilation. As perception becomes a weapon and reality fractures, horrors unfold that were never meant to be seen.

The cast includes Paolo Mazzini, Diamara Ferrero, Riccardo Livermore, Eugenio Gradabosco, and Diego Casale.

“Lenskeeper is conceived as a sensory assault rather than a conventional narrative,” says writer-director Luca Canale B. “Vision becomes a threshold, a gateway to the unknown.”

The film will be showcased to international buyers by EuroObscura at the European Film Market in Berlin next month.
