Director Michael Patrick Jann (Drop Dead Gorgeous, “Reno 911!”, “Daybreak”) has a new horror-western film coming out this Friday called Organ Trail.
Paramount will distribute the film Organ Trail on April 14 in a few selected theaters. On May 12, 2023, it will thereafter be a digitally downloadable item.
Along with Olivia Applegate (Love and Death), Clé Bennett (The Man in the High Castle), Zoé De Grand Maison (Riverdale), Nicholas Logan (Dopesick), Sam Trammell (True Blood), and Jessica Frances Dukes (Ozark), Mather Zickel also appears in the film.
“Abigale and her family fall victim to a ruthless gang while making their way across the Oregon Trail. As the only survivor, she will do whatever it takes to retrieve her one earthly possession, her family’s horse, from the clutches of the bloodthirsty bandits.”
The film was penned by Meg Turner and Michael Patrick Jann and David Codron are among the producers.
