After debuting its trailer last August with a vague “coming soon” promise, the urban explorer horror has now secured an official release date. According to Deadline, the supernatural thriller will arrive in select theaters and on Digital March 20 via Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures.

The film is based on the 2005 novel Creepers by David Morrell — best known as the author of First Blood. Originally developed under the book’s title, the adaptation has since been rebranded as Do Not Enter.

The story centers on a reckless crew of thrill-seeking urban explorers known as the Creepers, who chase clout by pushing every boundary they can find. Their latest stunt? Livestreaming from the long-abandoned Paragon Hotel in New Jersey — a crumbling relic rumored to have mob ties, restless spirits, and a hidden $300 million fortune.

For the Creepers, the Paragon is viral gold waiting to happen. But once inside, the warnings prove very real.

As rival explorers turn hostile and something far more sinister stalks the shadows, the group finds themselves trapped in a deadly gauntlet that tests their endurance, sanity, and willingness to sacrifice everything for fame.

The ensemble cast includes Jake Manley (The Order), Adeline Rudolph (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Francesca Reale (Stranger Things), Shane Paul McGhie (After), Kai Caster (Yellowstone), Javier Botet (Rec), Nicholas Hamilton (It), and Laurence O’Fuarain (The Sandman).

Marking his feature directorial debut, Marc Klasfeld steps behind the camera after building a career helming music videos for artists like Eminem, Katy Perry, and Slipknot. “I have waited decades to find the right feature film project to which I could truly dedicate myself,” Klasfeld said.

The screenplay comes from Stephen Susco (The Grudge, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Spencer Mandel, and Dikega Hadnot, blending found-footage chaos with traditional thriller intensity.

Do Not Enter is rated R for “bloody violence and some language.” Enter at your own risk.
